All events will have a maximum number of players of 150
Registration
Registration for each event will start at 2:30pm and end at 3:00pm. If you have not paid by the time registration ends regardless if the event has started you will either be penalized 100 chips or you will be unable to play.
Everyone is welcome to play in the events regardless if you can only make one or if you make it to all of them. Food and drink is provided, those of age may bring alcohol.
Changes This Year
This year the Grand Series of Poker will consist of only four events. We will not be having a Tournament of Champions, which means that there will be more money in the prize pools since we won’t be taking out $5 from each buy in. We will still have a points system but you will only receive points for making it to the final table. Points will be used for determining the Player of the Year who will receive a trophy or award.
Cash games will be permitted as players get knocked out of the tournament. Any and all cash games will be run by the players and be completely independent of the tournaments.
Winners
In addition to first place prize money the winner of each of the first three events will receive a free entry into the Main Event as well as a Silver GSOP Bracelet and a metal GSOP card marker. The winner of the Main Event will receive a Gold Plated GSOP Bracelet and a GSOP card marker.

Events with less than 60 players will pay out: 40% - 27% - 17% - 10% - 6%
First place in regular events will receive a $200 entry into the Main Event in addition to first place prize money. The money for the $200 seat is taken out of the prize pool before percentages are calculated.
