RULES
1. Players not seated when the action comes to them are folded.
2. All players must have there big chips out in front in view of the entire table.
3. If a card is exposed during the deal the player does not have the option of taking the card. The card is exposed to the entire table and is used as the burn card. The player receives the original burn card.
4. If for some reason a card comes out on the board before all of the action is completed for the round then the card and the burn must be shuffled back into the deck and redealt.
5. Every shuffle must be cut. If the shuffle is not cut then the hand must be redealt unless there has already been action on the hand.
6. All bets must at least as large as the big blind and all raises must be at least equal to the last raise. If you say raise you are committing yourself to raise at least the minimum amount. If you say nothing and put out chips intending to raise it will only be a raise if you have put at least half of a legal raise, in which case you will be forced to complete the raise. If you have put out less then half of a legal raise then you will be forced to take the raise back and your action will be considered a call.
7. No speculation. Do not talk about what you have or had or what you think someone else has or had(unless you’re the only two still in the hand). Breaking this rule could result in a time penalty.
8. Verbal declarations are binding. If you say 500 it is 500 no matter what you denomination of chip you drop. Players must declare if they are raising or calling when throwing in larger denomination chips.
9. No string bets or raises. You must put all of your chips for a raise or bet out in one motion. You cannot put out 500 chips and then go back to your stack and grab another 200 unless you had declared that you were “raising to 700” before you put any chips down.
10. Do not deal in the dead stacks. If a player has not yet arrived at the tournament his chips will be on the table and he must post his blinds, but do not deal him cards.
Tournament Directors ruling is final.
